The Feed & Seed Co. Food Innovation Center provides the infrastructure to position the Upstate of South Carolina to efficiently aggregate produce from small farms, minimize food loss by minimally processing or serving locally sourced fruits and vegetables, and educate producers and community members one local food, nutrition and food safety.
